Friday, 16 October 2020 saw the commencement of the College Athletic Development Sessions for Years 5-8.
Two weeks in and participants are loving the sessions and the College is alive and moving from 7:15am! Partaking in activities such as running technique drills, crawling variations, strength exercises, and physical challenges, this program is surely set to continue to soar into 2021!
The best part of these sessions is that it encourages students to work to their own ability irrespective of perceived strength or ability, combined with building character by socialising with other students outside of their regular peer groups.
